WOWtickets.football is an online secondary marketplace in which sellers and buyers can book tickets to access high demand football matches.
WOW platform had to provide reliable service, offer fair prices and friendly customer support. To that end, the frontend had to be bug free so that customers could easily navigate to the important games.
In the backend, complex workflows existed around the transaction of tickets. The challenge was to streamline the Inventory and Order workflow, so that the SiteAdmin, Sellers and Buyers could see transparent and consistent data at any given "state
