This was an end-to-end project from design to development. Spanning 1 year of execution, this was a Drupal 8 project with foundations in meticulous Requirements Analysis and Solutioning. The designs were prepared after active consultation with the Client and the Development Team. The implementation was done based on web services and delivered in rigid sprints. Generating Reports was a challenge given the scenario of prepaid or postpaid Cards and also maintaining historical data.
ARBS is a service provider to the critical utilities sector. A ‘One Stop Shop’ for utilities whose aim is energy efficiency, revenue protection, and reduction of T&D Losses. One of the key products is an Electricity Smart Meter. This contains a Smart Card that works similar to Telecom Carrier Sim Cards. A Web platform was required for consumers to recharge their smart cards to the State Electricity Board.
