JOB DESCRIPTION
A Quality Analyst, also known as a QA Analyst, is responsible for ensuring that products, processes, and services meet established quality standards. They play a critical role in maintaining and improving the quality of an organization's deliverables.
The primary objective of a Quality Analyst is to identify areas of improvement, implement quality control measures, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

RESPONSIBILITIES
- To write test plans, complete with time estimates for completion of tasks.
- Create manual and automated tests and test execution reports for the management and product team.
- To perform test plans, bug review and report bugs found through appropriate bug tracking tools.
- To review software documentation.
- To assist management with scheduling and prioritization of quality assurance activities.
- To document test procedures to ensure replicability and compliance with standards.
- To maintain and augment existing automated tests, and add new ones as appropriate.
- To develop or specify standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness.
- To complete the assigned task in the stipulated time period.
- To be updated with the latest developments in the market and enhance the learning curve.
- To take accountability of individual tasks and responsibilities.
- To conduct review meetings with the stakeholders.
- To ensure test report generation for the team.
